Our Youngest Pi Day Party Participants, our littlest mathematicians, are called: Tiny Tarts

If you have only a baby, should you register for our Pi Day Party?

Yes, you’ll be in the Mommy-and-Me class having a GREAT time!

The youngest TARTS (ages 0-2) will need their parent to join them during class time and help them explore and participate.

If your oldest is only 3, should you register for our Pi Day Party?

Yes, that little one will have SUCH fun!

The older TARTS (ages 3 and up) may attend independently, but parents are still welcome to tag along with this group during their learning adventure.

This extra page is sharing more pictures with you of our youngest Pi Day Party participants in previous years—we hope you’ll bring yours this year!

There are FUN learning adventures for 18 year olds, 8 year olds, AND newborn babies!

If you have kids of all ages, should you bring your youngest?

Yes!

Here are some of the fun learning activities these kids and their moms will explore in the morning:

Storytime Math

Great stories, great chats!

Math in the Kitchen

Adventurous and Fun Challenges for our youngest learners!

Great activities for Moms and wee ones to do together!

Math Games

So many fun games to play together!

The youngest TARTS (ages 0-2) need a parent or grandparent to join them during class time and help them explore and participate.

The older TARTS (ages 3 and up) may attend independently, but parents are still welcome to tag along.

If ALL your kids are ages 7 and younger, do you have to stay until 2:45?

No, you do not have to do so. You are free to leave at noon, or to stay for a picnic lunch and then leave.

The structure of the TINY TARTS’ day is a little different than the older kids:

The start time is the same: 8:30

  •  Our main learning time ends at 12:00.  You are welcome to leave at that time with your little one if desired.

  • If you’d like to stay for the remainder of the day you are responsible for staying with your child! (If you are a Pi Day Party volunteer and need to make special arrangements, reach out to Lynette D’Avella prior to the event.  You can reach her through email at:  lynettedavella@gmail.com
  • We welcome you to stay for the rest of the day which will include eating lunch and some fun recreation time… and of course, EATING PIE!

So many fun things!

What happens with these youngest kids between 12:30 and 2:15, while the older kids are having their Math Scavenger Hunt?

Parachute time and more!

What is the final thing in this schedule for the day, which concludes at 2:45?

PIE! We eat pie!

ALL ages get to come do this, and we’ll be done with pie-eating at 2:45.

Of course, you are welcome to stay a bit longer to just visit with friends.
